    In 1922 Sun Drug Company took out a 99 year lease on the one-story property to build a 12 story building and its flagship store on the ground floor. By the late 1930's it was known as the Cutts building, named for the owner of the property at the time of the Sun Drug lease. As of 2018 it is known as the Great Western Building.
