    True. I graduated in 2003 and things were just starting to get confrontational between racial groups. They were already eating in different areas, but in 2004 there was a small fight that escalated into a black vs mexican scary fight. since then there has been an armed police presence and from what I hear it's no fun at all..

    According to the Warner Center Specific Plan, Warner Center is "bounded generally by Vanowen Street, the Ventura Freeway, De Soto Avenue, and the lots fronting along the west side of Topanga Canyon Boulevard". The current size shown here only extends west to Canoga, it should extend west two more blocks to Topanga.
