These "Music Box" steps I just noticed them in the Three Stooges short entitled, " An Ache in Every Stake" . . . the steps are KEY to the plot and the entire film centers around these steps . . . seems since the 1940's, other homes have been built along side them .. but that is them . .amazing . .

Tsunami? Not likely. Everything south of Point Conception is facing south, protecting it somewhat from most large offshore western Pacific seismic events.
Areas North of Santa Barbara are much more likely to be affected by a tsunami hitting the west coast of the U.S.

Well, technically this building, built in 1983 BTW, is owned by a California Public Employees group and, elements of Northrop Grumman Ship Systems remain...in the form of a retirement/health benefits plan management office. The main Northrop offices vacated in 2009. At one time this was a main office hub for many Northrop Grumman divisions but, after the Northrop hostile takeover of TRW action back in 2002, things started changing and, like most of the rest of the SoCal aerospace industry, everything started moving East.

According to their web site, Northrop Grumman is headquartered in Falls Church, VA. They do not even list a corporate division in Los Angeles, let alone their world HQ. A division in Redondo Beach, but not Century City. Here is the list: http://www.northropgrumman.com/locations/index.html .
