  • SB Grand, G (guest) wrote 12 years ago:
Actually the Rite-Aid pharmacy is located at 500 S Broadway, on the East side of the street (broadway). At 501 there is a 7-11 on the corner of Broadway and W 5th St. Above the 7-11 is SB Grand, officially located at 312 W 5th Street. This is one of Shy-Barry's developments. The building is a 12 floors apartment building, plus a mezzanine floor, and with a pool located on the roof. On the 5th St ground floor there is a little Italian cafe, a pharmacy, a taco place and another storefront.

The motorcycles emerge from N Hope St in the opening titles of CHiPs, presumably having ridden past the John Ferraro Building. The building can be seen in the background in the extended version of the opening titles.
